Open Question: I need to lose 5 pounds in two weeks, PLEASE HELP!??
I need to lose at least 5 pounds in the next two weeks and I know I need to exercise and eat healthier but I was wondering: What are some good exercises to target the lower abs, inner thighs, butt, arms, back, and chest? What are some foods that will boost my metabolism? what are some good low-calorie meal choices? what are some easy exercises that burn ALOT of calories? What are some tips you can add that will help me stick to my diet? PLEASE NO DIET PILLS OR ANY DIET PROGRAMS THAT COST ANY MONEY! thanks! PS- PLEASE NO LINKS!!!

For 5 days now I have been spotting and my period is usually like clockwork and not due for another 2 weeks. I know that some people can experience a slight bleed during ovulation (and this is my time to ovulate) but I have never ever had this and I thought that only happened for 12-24 hours, not 5 days!! I'm not just starting out with periods etc. so I don't think it's my body 'getting used to it all' and I really have no idea what it could be. I'm not on the pill or any other forms of contraception and I know I'm not pregnant. I have been taking Starflower Oil recently but I doubt that it is that which is causing the bleeding. I'm not under any huge amount of stress, haven't changed my diet (although I have had a lack of appetite over the past few month which has lead to me losing some weight but nothing drastic) and I really don't know what it could be. Could it be my period even though it's 2 weeks early or is this just a random bleed? Anyone else had anything like this? Thanks
Open Question: Pregnancy. Could these pre-test symptoms mean she is pregnant?
Now, because it seems to be the more realistic way of going about it, we are treating this as if my girlfriend IS pregnant. However, we're not entirely sure and are looking for a bit more light on this. She is 17, we had unprotected sex 4 days before ovulation and day of ovulation. She IS on birth control, however, she was not taking it at the same time everyday. She has used the morning-after pill a total of three times, (broken condoms, fear of pre-ejaculation, and so on) and is under the impression any more would make her unable to ever have children. (Is that right btw? She used the "plan B" every time) Symptoms 5 days after ovulation day (I'm going to call that O-day) she had tender breasts and pain in her vagina, she said it didn't feel like rawness from sex. 7 days her stomach started to ache, and has been, daily 10 days after O-day she has spotting, brown spots on her panties "it's not poop, that's for damn sure" 11 days she said she felt nauseous for about an hour or two. Today is day 12-13 (Thursday - Friday) her period is supposed to be on Sunday. all "First Response" pregnancy tests have been negative (taken on day 10 and day 12) General information: I am very healthy, and in pretty good shape. She does not have a very good diet, (she's a snacker, not a 3-meal a day kinda person) but is still a bit underweight, and does not have a very good fitness level.... yeah yeah I know, I'm chipping away at her stubbornness, she'll come around =D
