Open Question: PHENTERMINE questions from people whove taken it...?
I was just prescribed phentermine to jumpstart my weight loss because they don't want me to get the lap band even though im 100lbs overweight. Anyway, this is my first day on the pill and I am a raging bit*h and not hungry whatsoever and my heart has been pounding all day like I had a workout and im sweating like crazy even though its not hot in my house. Just wondering what other peoples experiences are and with diet and exercise how much did the pill help to lose weight..how much weight in what time..stuff like that...THANKS :D

Open Question: is losing 20-30 pounds a month this way bad for you?
my cousin (who i care alot about), hes 20 has been overweight almost his entire life, he is 5'6 and weights 220, hes very strong actually and has alot of muscle but hes has A LOT of fat in his body, (he currently goes and trains in the gym with me, mostly on cardio) he wants to lose 65 - 75 pounds in the next 3 months, he wants to start to do p90x plus do a dance class (krump dance class to be exact) and a boxing class everyother day, he also wants to start taking this ALL NATURAL weightloss pill named LIPONOX that has gotten great reviews, im willing to help him do this (except for the pill part cause i dont need to lose weight) so he wont quit, he also found about a diet named fatloss 4 idiots which will allow you to pick like 10 things from a menu they gave you and eat 4 times a day, its not a low calorie based diet (or low anything actually but the testimonials and reviews a possitive) you can eat until your full and you do this for 11 days, cheat for 3 and then start another 11 days so your body wont get use to the diet and plateu like most diets (some people has reported losing up to 9 pounds within every 11 days with this diet alone others lose 4 or 5 pounds every 11 days) my understanding is that with this diet is about eating healthy foods not less therefore your body gets the nutrients it needs, your body wont starve and eating 4 times a day you wont over eat, my question is, is it healthy to lose more that 20 pounds a month when doing it like this? is it unhealthy even doh your body is getting the all nutrients it needs from food? would you put all the weight back on if you lose 20 pounds or more a month, as soon as you stop working out as much (not stop but not working out as hard) and eating what you want to eat (eating more healthy but once in a while eating junk food), even doh you never starved your body AT ALL, worked out like a maniac and took a pill (liponox) that increases metabolism and helps use fat as fuel and preserve muscle? fatloss4idiots.com
